Hi, I'm Emi Jones!
For many years, I took my health for granted. I was a 13-year smoker before meeting my husband. After marriage, I became too busy pursuing my new career, which led me to postpone my dreams of motherhood that remained unfulfilled. When my husband and I faced the reality of being childless, our family expanded with the adoption of our beloved cat, Gromit. This pivotal moment in 2006, at age 40, ignited my journey into nutrition and culinary expertise, driven by a desire to nurture myself and those I love.
In 2010, I encountered the transformative teachings of Jim Rohn. Despite having discovered his philosophy posthumously, his wisdom on 'three-dimensional health – physical, mental, and spiritual' profoundly influenced my life. Embracing his mantra to "Study, practice, and teach," I diligently gather and evaluate knowledge, refine it through daily practice, and share proven insights with others. Although I lack formal credentials as a health professional, my personal journey of continuous learning and application has equipped me to offer community-tested wisdom.
I passionately believe that women's lives can blossom post-menopause, provided we prioritize self-care during this demanding transition. As Jim Rohn wisely asserted, "I take care of me for you, so you take care of you for me." This gentle reminder underscores the importance of self-care as a fundamental responsibility, ensuring we are present and able for those we cherish.
